HomeCrux & FloorDrobe – save yourself time and space with a FloorDrobe

HomeCrux, an online magazine that advocates the authority of design, wrote an article on the Floordrobe and needless to say, we are super stoked about it.

HomeCrux, an online magazine that advocates the authority of design, wrote an article on the Floordrobe and needless to say, we are super stoked about it.

We too advocate for the authority of design. We believe in simple solutions that are designed to solve very specific issues, such as where to put your worn but clean clothes, otherwise known as the floordrobe.

Their take on the floordrobe was that having a FloorDrobe saves you the hassle of rummaging through heaps of worn clothes piled up on the chair, and to that, we would agree. Plus, having a FloorDrobe keeps your clothes from been creased and keeps them fresher for longer.

Let’s face it the shirt from three days ago that is clean is not getting cleaner if it is piled under other clothes that have been worn for various periods of time.

Furthermore, as for the authority of design, the reason an uncontrolled floordrobe makes your room messy is that there is no dedicated space for your worn but clean clothes. Your chair is not a dedicated space; it is most often the most convenient space.

And a tidy space is a space in which everything is in its dedicated space. This is why we advocate for the FloorDrobe because it is a dedicated space and so you can have worn but clean clothes about your room but still have a tidy room as your worn but clean clothes are now where they are meant to be.

The FloorDrobe should be a dedicated space in your bedroom

Taking this dedicated space further, in order to save your clothes from being creased in the floordrobe, we have made dedicated miniature coat hangers that are a dedicated space for your shirts and allow them to hang without being creased.

The miniature coat hange design

What a miniature coat hanger does is spread the weight of your shirt across the hook so that the fabric of your shirt or clothing piece does not get stretched. Because your FloorDrobe should be neat but also protective and sustainable (oh yeah, ours is too).

In conclusion, we are quite proud of the HomeCrux article and that they see some value in the FloorDrobe. By providing a dedicated space for these clothes, a FloorDrobe not only saves time but also helps maintain tidiness and preserve the freshness of the clothes. The addition of miniature coat hangers further enhances this concept by preventing creasing and ensuring the clothes are well taken care of. With its focus on simplicity, functionality, and design, the FloorDrobe stands out as an innovative solution for organizing spaces effectively.
